Weight:  179.6

Down .2 pounds.  Not phenomenal or anything, especially as I only ate about 320 calories yesterday, but it is still a move in the right direction.  I am still feeling good.

Breakfast:
decaf tea with 1T milk & stevia, 9 cal
1/2 grapefruit, 44 cal

Snack
grissini, 20 cal

Lunch:
93%ff sirloin burger (100g raw), cooked medium with steak seasoning, 158 cal
3 cups salad greens with Bragg Aminos & lemon juice, 15 cal

Snack
orange, 85 cal

Dinner:
chicken (100g raw) breast, cooked with fajita seasoning, 110 cal
5 cups spinach, sauteed in lemon juice/Bragg Aminos, 30 cal

total: 471 cal
