Down a whole 1.8!  I think it really was water weight from yesterday. 

Breakfast: 
1/2 grapefruit

Lunch:
cucumber half
lean burger

Snack
Apple

Dinner
asparagus soup
grilled shrimp

Dessert
tea with stevia and milk

I drank more water today.
